Apparently one of the buyers decided on a different building. But, my sales rep said she has 2 hot prospects, so we'll see....

I took my pal Stacie Lowry to see the house yesterday. She loved it! Any day now we should get the call that they are starting!!

Hardwood, tile and carpet selections

Yesterday morning we met with the designer at Charlotte Flooring and chose our hardwood floor, kitchen backsplash, tile and vinyl for bathrooms. It was more stressful than we thought, but the outcome (we hope) will be amazing!!

3 out of 4 sold!!!

We took my sister to Park South yesterday and discovered that 3 of the 4 houses in our building are sold!  This means they may start construction fairly soon - just depends if they want to have another spec house on their list to sell.  (They already have 1.)  YAHOO!!
